John Randall is the lead buyer’s agent for The Gray Group. John has 10 years of real estate experience and is recognized as a top performing agent in the area. Prior to joining The Gray Group, John worked in property management where he gained valuable knowledge of the Tuscaloosa condo market.
John has lived in Tuscaloosa his entire life, and wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. “Tuscaloosa is a very caring community. Just look at how we pulled together after the 2011 tornado. We continue to grow yet at the same time keep our ‘small town’,” said John.

He loves hunting for a great home--- that’s what drew him to real estate in the first place.
Growing up, John watched his dad flip houses for a living, and enjoyed seeing each home improve. Having learned from those renovation projects, John developed a creative eye to turn a house around by changing its look. This allows him to help numerous clients see a home’s potential.
John met his wife Meagan while attending the University of Alabama. They now have three children, Ruth (5 months), Lucas (3), and Eva (6).
