Born and raised in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, she holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Mississippi State University and has earned multiple real estate designations and certifications, including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS). This strong educational foundation allows her to approach her work with both strategic insight and practical expertise.
Emmy is deeply passionate about serving others and supporting causes centered around diversity, equity, and inclusion. She volunteers with and supports organizations such as the West Alabama Food Bank, Druid City Pride, and the Metro Animal Shelter. Emmy is also a member of the United Way of West Alabama Young Leaders Society and The Junior League of Tuscaloosa, and serves on the boards of the Tuscaloosa Association of Realtors and Temporary Emergency Services. Giving back to the Tuscaloosa community is a core value that influences both her personal and professional life.
Family is at the heart of everything Emmy does. She has been happily married to her husband, Joe Pradat, since 2021, and together they are raising their son, Adley. Outside of work, Emmy enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending quality time with her family.
