Tyler Hale serves as Listing Manager for The Gray Group, where he plays a key role in ensuring every listing is launched smoothly, accurately, and on time. His responsibilities include coordinating and scheduling listing photography, managing keys, signage, and lockboxes, inputting listings into the MLS, and confirming that each property is fully prepared before going live.

Known for his attention to detail and organization, Tyler carefully reviews listing information for accuracy and ensures each property meets the team’s high standards—from photos to descriptions. He also tracks showing activity and communicates feedback to sellers, helping them stay informed and confident throughout the listing process.

Tyler takes pride in the behind-the-scenes work that allows agents to focus on negotiations and client relationships while ensuring sellers feel supported every step of the way. His strengths include communication, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once without missing important details.

Originally from Montgomery, Tyler moved to Tuscaloosa to attend The University of Alabama and chose to join The Gray Group because of its strong reputation and commitment to excellence. He believes clear communication and consistency are essential to a successful listing experience.

Outside of work, Tyler enjoys fishing, camping, and spending his weekends watching football.
