First up is Evangeline’s in The Galleria of Tuscaloosa. This fine dining restaurant is celebrating Valentine’s Day from February 11th through February 19th with cocktail specials, complimentary toasts, and holiday decor.
Another great option is Side by Side located in the Embassy Suites downtown Tuscaloosa. They offer contemporary southern comfort cuisine with a creole twist. To celebrate the holiday, they will be serving a special 4-course menu Friday -Monday
Chuck’s Fish is also taking reservations for Sunday and Monday. Chuck’s serves fresh, local seafood provided by Harbor Docks Wholesale Seafood Market. We are big fans of their sushi menu if that’s your thing!
River is another team favorite for date nights. On Valentine’s Day this year, River will be open by reservation only. They are offering a $100 per person prix fixe menu. Lobster bisque, a low country boil shrimp cocktail and woodfire grilled filet are just a few of the options on their holiday menu!
If you are opting for celebrating at home, participate in a virtual workshop and learn how to make Chocolate Dipped Strawberries. This class will be offered Saturday, February 12th from 12-2.
