The proximity to Verner Elementary School was a big draw for us. It’s right next door to the neighborhood.

What kind of annual neighborhood events do Riverchase residents enjoy or take part in?
We have a wonderful Halloween parade and party before trick-or-treating begins each year. We also line the streets with luminaries on Christmas Eve!
What’s spots near Riverchase do you and your family enjoy?
Verner Field of Dreams, Sokol Park, and Pettus Randall Walking Path are close and fun for our two girls. For everyday shopping, a Publix and CVS are nearby. We love eating at the new Urban Cookhouse.
